MRA Scrimmage
This past Saturday the team was able to go to Milwaukee Robotics Academy to participate in a scrimmage to continue to get practice time for our drive team. In addition the team was able to continue to test modifications we have made to the robot since the Sussex Mini Regional.
Mechanical
The mechanical team has continued to work on designing and testing intakes. They have decided to focus on a single design in order to have a functioning intake for our week 1 competition. They have also continued to test different claw grippers to find the design with the best grip on game pieces.
Programming
This past week the programming has continued to work on their autonomous programming and fine tuning the movements of the robot. With their autonomous program they have been able to increase the movement and number of game pieces scored during the autonomous period. Their fine tuning of movement has helped the drivers gain control and maneuverability.
